Features
Breathable Mesh Construction
Constructed from heavy duty mesh and lined with ribbed spacer mesh in key areas allows maximum airflow and cooling, while being durable and lightweight.
Load Carriage Everywhere
With extensive MOLLE webbing, plus a large utility pocket in each front side, there's ample room to carry a large amount of gear.
In addition to MOLLE, pouches can also be sewn on or screwed on. Specialist adaptors and mounts, for example taser holsters can be added too.
Sizes To Suit All
The 4900 series ELBV comes in both male and formed bust female sizes. Additionally, there are regular, short, long and extra long lengths, plus athletic and belly variants.
Male sizes range from small to 7XL and female from 8 to 26.
With over 100 vest sizes available, we have all body shapes and sizes covered.
The 4900 series ELBV has almost limitless options, from load carriage options, through to ballistic or stab armour to corporate labelling and branding.

Options
Hi Vis Over-Garment
The removeable hi vis over-garment has cut-outs to accommodate pouches, so you can access your equipment with the hi vis fitted. There are also a plethora of options including different retroreflective tapes, two ID window sizes, epaulette slide, body worn camera cutouts and more.
Choice of Colour
The colour options with no MOQ are:
- Black
- Navy
- Khaki
For quantities over approx 500-1000 vests, we can do almost any colour you'd like.
Pouches
We make a large range of pouches to carry specific makes and models of common duty equipment. If we don't have one to suit your needs, we can custom design and make them, even at low volumes.
With the exception of models where a soft case is advantageous, our pouches are heavy duty, stiff, foam-core pouches which keep your equipment safe.
Custom Labels
We can provide front and rear labels with whatever text or logo you require in a wide range of colours and finishes.
Labels can be sewn on to the garment or attached by hook and loop.
Body Worn Camera Mounts
Body worn cameras can be mounted in numerous locations, including the front flap and upper LHS.
Common options are 38mm webbing and Klickfast sewn on, but we can accommodate others as well.
Where hi vis over-garments are optioned, we will add a corresponding notch or cutout, so that the hi vis can be worn with the camera.
ID Window Options
There are various ID options, including:
- Credit card size ID window
- Window to suit 30x90mm badge
- Loop tape for removeable ID badge
- Coverable ID window
- No ID
- Sewn on badge
PFD
Need to use your vest on the water? No problem - it can be optioned with a 150N inflatable PFD.
